Delete your Natalie Chart account
Last updated: October 20, 2026
You can delete your account and all the data linked to it whenever you want. Deletion is immediate and permanent: it can't be undone.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Natalie Chart and tap your avatar at the top of the home screen to open your Profile.
- Scroll to Questions and tap “How do I delete my account?”.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
If you signed in with Apple, your iPhone may ask you to confirm with Apple: this lets us also revoke the sign-in authorization for your Apple account.
Without access to the app
If you no longer have the app installed or can't sign in, send an email to gabrielpolsh@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my account”, from the same email you use to sign in (Google or Apple). We confirm your identity by the sending address and complete the deletion within 15 days, letting you know by email.
What gets deleted
- your account and sign-in data;
- your birth details and your birth chart;
- all the people you added, with their charts and photos;
- your profile photo;
- your links, which are also undone on the other person's side;
- the invites you sent, including ones not used yet;
- your circles;
- your journal for every relationship, including the conversations prepared with the coach;
- Natalie's readings (yours and your links') and your AI usage history;
- daily check-ins from older versions of the app, if any;
- the reports you filed (about AI replies, invites or links) and your blocks;
- on your device, your chat history and saved readings.
What happens to people you're linked with
Your links are undone right away, and the other person stops seeing your shared reading. Their entry about you goes back to what they had typed before, or to “no birth date”. The private journal they wrote about you belongs to them and stays with them: it is not deleted with your account.
What may remain for a while
- Infrastructure backups, which are automatically overwritten within a short period and are used for nothing but disaster recovery.
- Technical access logs that the law requires us to keep (Brazil's Internet Civil Framework), for the legal period.
Want to delete only some data?
You don't need to delete your account for that: in the app, you can remove anyone you added, undo links, cancel invites, delete journal notes (one by one or all of them for a person), change or remove photos, and edit your birth details. For other requests, write to gabrielpolsh@gmail.com.
