Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Natalie Chart app (“the app”), run by Gabriel Almeida (“we”). By creating an account or using the app, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. What Natalie Chart is

The app calculates your birth chart from your birth details and offers interpretations, today's sky and readings of your relationships. In it, you can add people, invite them to a link (where you both see the same reading of the relationship), organize private circles, keep a private journal for each relationship, prepare conversations with the coach, and chat with Natalie, a character whose replies are generated by artificial intelligence.

3. Nature of the content

Astrology is a symbolic system, not a science. The app's content — including relationship readings and the coach's answers — is meant for entertainment, reflection and self-knowledge. It is not, and must not be used as, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, or medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or any other professional advice. Don't make important decisions — about health, money, work or relationships — based on the app alone.

If you are in crisis, in emotional distress, thinking about hurting yourself or in danger, get help right away: in Brazil, CVV answers 24 hours a day at 188 or at cvv.org.br, and in emergencies call 192 (SAMU) or 190 (Police). Outside Brazil, contact your local emergency services or a helpline in your country.

4. Artificial intelligence

• Natalie is not a person. Replies, readings and the coach's answers are generated automatically by third-party artificial intelligence models, based on the charts and on what you write.
• Replies may contain mistakes, inaccuracies or inappropriate content. Use common sense and, if you find something offensive, report it in the app.
• The conversation coach helps you think about what to say; it refuses to help manipulate, pressure or coerce anyone and, when a situation suggests abuse or risk, shows support contacts.
• To generate replies, some of your data is sent to AI providers, as described in the Privacy Policy. We ask for your permission for this in the app. Your journal is only sent if you turn on a separate permission, which starts off.
• There is a daily AI usage limit per account, to keep the service stable. The limit may change.

5. Account

• To use the app, you sign in with a Google or Apple account.
• You are responsible for securing access to your device and to your Google or Apple accounts, and for the information you provide, which must be true.
• You can delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Questions → “How do I delete my account?”) or on the Delete account page. Deletion erases all your data, undoes your links and cannot be reversed.

6. Minimum age

The app is not meant for children under 13. If you are between 13 and 18, use the app with the knowledge and permission of your parents or guardians.

7. People, invites and links

• When you add someone by typing their details (name, birth date, time and city, and photo), you confirm that you have their permission and that you'll use the readings for personal purposes only. If you prefer, invite them so they fill in their own details.
• Only invite people you know. Each invite works only once, expires in 7 days, and can be cancelled by you.
• In a link, each side sees only what's described in the Privacy Policy: never the other's birth date, time or city, nor their chats with Natalie, journal, notes or circles.
• Either of you can undo the link at any time. You can block someone (they can no longer invite you) and report an invite or a link. Reporting an invite also blocks the person who sent it. We review reports.
• The app has no messaging between users.

8. Community rules

Natalie Chart exists to help you understand your relationships, not to control anyone. So don't:

• invite people you don't know;
• use the app to harass, pressure, monitor, deceive or manipulate anyone;
• use invites, links or the coach to keep pushing someone who has already said no;
• add or invite people in order to stalk, expose, embarrass or discriminate against anyone.

If an account breaks these rules, we may undo links, cancel invites, or limit or close the account, letting the person know when possible. If someone is bothering you, use block and report in the app or write to gabrielpolsh@gmail.com.

9. What else is not allowed

By using the app, you agree not to:

• use the app for illegal purposes or to violate other people's rights;
• try to get illegal, violent, hateful or harassing content, or sexual content involving minors, from the AI;
• try to get around usage limits or the app's security, or to access other accounts' data;
• copy, resell or commercially exploit the app, its texts or its illustrations without permission;
• use bots, scripts or other automated means to access the service.

If these terms are violated, we may limit or close access to the account, letting you know when possible.

10. Intellectual property

The app, the Natalie Chart brand, the Natalie character, the illustrations, the interpretation texts and the code are protected by intellectual property rights. We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the app on your device. You can share your own readings and your chart for personal use, keeping the reference to Natalie Chart.

The content you write (messages, journal notes and what you describe to the coach) remains yours; you allow us to use it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Price

The app is free for now. If paid features are ever added, they will be clearly presented, with the price and conditions, before any charge, which will be made through the app stores.

12. Availability and changes

We work to keep the app running, but it may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party failures or reasons beyond our control. We may change, add or remove features. Astronomical calculations are done carefully, but they depend on the details you provide (a wrong birth time changes the chart).

13. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for decisions made based on the app's readings or the coach's answers, nor for AI-generated content you use outside the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).

14. App stores

If you downloaded the app from the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, that store's terms also apply. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or for supporting it; support is provided by us, at the email below.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Significant changes will be announced in the app before they take effect; if you keep using the app after that, we'll take it that you agree to the new version.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
